Looking for boat surveyor in N/E Indiana

I am looking at an ‘03 wakesetter 23LSV 6 hours from home. The boat is located in the north east corner on Indiana. Near intersection of interstate 80 and 69. I just got photos of some cracks on both port and starboard side of hull, below the lowest scent line, just in front of drivers seat/mid windshield area. Word may be that it was driven hard on rough water. Would like a second opinion. I would attach photos, but haven’t figured that out.
