I can’t figure out how to post pics without getting the supportive (?) membership. I changed my username pic but I realize that’s not cool enough 🤙

It’s well worth it. Not only can you upload pictures directly from your phone or laptop but you unlock tons of discounts from multiple online stores that you will spend money at so you can easily make back the $25 or $50 dollars a year for the membership.

Nice!  Congrats.  Although you have the issue with the hole in your hull, I think you got a great deal and a really nice boat.  Once your get it fixed, you will never be able to tell it was repaired.  Consider this the first test of the dealer.  Hopefully they Bend over backwards to help you out.

so far so good. but, dude! what a stomach turner.  I've been sick.  The dealer is on top of it for sure and have been keeping me in the loop.  just not something you want to deal with on day one.

Hole will take a bit of work to fix.  They will have to grind down to bare fiberglas around the hole to fix it.

It is easily doable by good Fiberglas\Gelcoat repair person.     Weird location for it.

How do I know...  I accidentally drilled a hole through the bottom on my last boat putting in 2nd battery box.  Thought I was on the deck but was too far to the edge.  1/8" hole = ~$1800 bucks.  :(    Once fixed could not tell where the hole was.  Absolutely invisible.

Yes, it’s too much prop below 3,000’ so I’d ask them to swap it back to the 2277.

Dont want to hijack this thread, but I just had an issue with this weekend, I have an 18' T22 and mine came with the 2249. my local lake is 1300 ft elevation, I went to Havasu and there it is 750ft. Locally I have never had a prop or power problem, I have stock sub floor ballast, and only 475 in back corners, and WM 440 under bow seats. In Havasu every time we would do our 'P" turn, the boat would seem like its cavitating and and lose speed, so I drained the rear bags and I didnt have that problem, lower elevations gives motors more power, do you think it was just over powering the prop, and kinda like peeling out in a car? I normally run about 3800 rpm wakeboarding at 21.5 mph? Should a 2277 bring down rpms and still push the boat? TIA
