Probably has a switch/sensor to tell dash completely up like Axis, we bend our position switch blade a few times for a fix bit that fix probably starts water intrusion which eventually ruins position sensor snd the eventual replacement of said switch which I did this year my 4th.

I'm not sure if your setup is like the 2008, but this might help.

If you have the Lenco control box under the dash like the 2006, there may be an issue with the actuator or control box not getting the correct position.  Is the dash gauge reading the wedge position correctly?
