OK - this is strange.  Had a stereo in my 99 RLX but the thing DROPPED into the chasm!  How does one get into the cavity where the stereo (under the armrest) goes?  The throotle is there and I do not want to screw it up.  TIA!

Can you reach down there and pull it back up? I had a loaner Response one time, earlier model than your's, had the same thing happen. I was able to reach it and get it back in the hole. The rear support had come loose and it slipped out.

I tried.  My ham hands don't fit. Plus there are some tabs that need to be bent back.  Might try to find some slim wristed kid to wrestle it out.  But I have  a Bluetooth stereo on the way and I think I have to get there anyway.  But thanks!
