Teak swim deck

A friend of mine (yes it really wasn't me), varnished my teak swim deck when I left the sanded deck at his shop.  All though I don't mind the look, it isn't as nice as the original and the deck is now super slippery.  I would like to either remove the varnish and re-oil it with teak oil to restore it to the original look.  Or if that is too much hassle I would like to rebuild the deck ( since I've already had to remove/rebuild a few rotting sections).  So I guess I'm asking for either a link to someone that can build a quality new deck, or suggestions for how to go about removing all of the varnish   thanks for the information!  Love this site!

FWIW, if you do go with a new one, get one with the boards close together and a wedge door.  I bought mine from a guy on this site with a 2005 Vride, and it fits my Echelon perfectly.
