They aren't on the official Malibu Gear site (malibuboatsgear.com) so you may have to convince your dealer to get one from the marketing portal they can order stuff from. It's a long shot, but you might be able to get contact info for a factory rep at a boat show and work with them to order one. I'm not in the watersports business, but my company has a website that I can order stuff from for customer giveaways. I typically have some stuff with me, but if there is something specific my customers want they know they can ask me and I'll look for it.

I do agree, I wish there was a better/easier way to get some Malibu signage like banners and flags.
