Carbon fiber racks help

I have a custom wakesetter 23 lsv

it has an illusion tower with swivel carbon fiber racks. Revolution racks made by fundamental industries. 

The racks are all one piece carbon fiber with a hook attached to a bungee that pulls out and hooks the edge of your board. 

On Fourth of July I went out on the lake boards in racks. We never rode due to traffic on the lake at the end of the day one of the hooks and bungee was gone it failed and was launched off the board into the water never to be seen again. I figured this was a common problem and planned to replace all the rubber and buy extra hooks. Unfortunately I can’t find the manufacture or any resources for parts. Or any racks for that matter just a few stock photos online. I’m sure somewhere someone has parts or these racks sitting in a refuse pile. They were spendy when produced but after the recession gone without a trace. Does anyone have any leads on this rack?

That happened with mine when I first bought it.  They were black rubber bungees and I guess they broke pretty frequently.  They updated them with a different bungee cord and mine have worked very well ever since.  I have a brand new one sitting in my garage, but it is the kind with the black rubber cords so I'm afraid to use it!  That's great you have a swivel version, that wasn't available when I got mine.
