'18 T22 factory ballast not filling

So my starboard hard tank isn't filling at all anymore, pump makes a higher pitched sound like if you cover the inlet on a vacuum.

I'm assuming there's a clog somewhere in there where do I need to look and how?  Is the intake the holes by the center drain (there are 2 holes there but I think those would be for mid ship and bow ballast I don't recall seeing other intakes but I wasn't looking for them either.

Thanks for any help

There are two fill holes towards the middle/front for the the center tank and bow (pnp) and two in the back for the port and starboard tanks.  I had the same problem with my port ballast but I just had to reverse the flow for a few seconds and it worked out whatever vacuum it had created.

No such luck for me I'm going to take a look under since my lift gets well out of the water before I go out today and got some direction on how to access the fill pump on the axis forum

The fill pump is next to the V- drive.  Close the valve under it and unscrew the blue ring.  Then wiggle the whole motor assembly out and check for weeds.

Pumps on each side of the v-drive are both fill pumps, one for each side.  They both should have a 3/4" inlet (connected to shutoff valve and thru hull) and 1" output to fill the tank/bag on that side of the boat.
