slalom ski - 6 year old

afternoon Folks,

have been looking around for a single ski for my son, currently have the tied together ones separated and a rear boot put on one. is anyone aware of a ski that would be small enough for a six year old?

Even though too big, an old wood one would be light enough possibly for him to control in water, he is probably going to have to learn the one foot only up method, the old style getting up routine like you see in a cypress gardens videos

Depends on the size of the 6yo. They make a number of "junior" skis that might work if you can find one the correct size.

@Mackie 12:  I would pose the question over on Ball of Spray, lots of members have kids that ski.  Another option would be to call places like Goode, Radar, D3 to get recommendations.  You might actually end up talking directly to Dave Goode, Eddie Roberts (Radar) or Paul Crawford (D3) which all have excellent customer service.  Seth Stisher, a great coach could also assist.  Ski-it-Again will be a great used equipment source.
