2000 Wakesetter VLX in line fuel filter

When I purchased this boat last fall this was my in line fuel filter

This doesn't look right to me.  Boat runs great but I want to replace this.  Anyone have a pic of what a stock one?

Pretty sure that filter is right.  Some are clear plastic and some are metal, depending on model number.

Those are supposed to be used for outboards. Non enclosed areas. That plastic is thin and will flex and can crack. Replace it with a metal canister in line fuel filter. Anyone that says you can use that in an enclosed bilge is nuts.

Yeah, I swapped mine out with a Yamaha cartridge filter.  Makes changing a breeze too.
