2005 Wakesetter 21xti steering cable

The first question I have is there someplace I can call that will know exactly which steering cable I will need without having to take the old one out and finding the number?  I would really just like to order one and put it in without any down time.  The next question, has anybody ever removed the floor panel in a 21xti?  There are 2 screws that I can find in the floor.  When I remove them, I can slide the floor panel back a little bit, but I cant get it out.  It gets in a bind under the rear cool/seat.  Do I have to loosen the seat bases to get this floor panel out?  Any help would be appreciated.

I would give the guys at Waterski America or Bakes Marine a call.  They should be able to get you set up with the correct steering cable.  No experience removing the floor on a 21'.  On my 23, the center rear section removes without having to slide it or having it bind on anything.
