I had to pry the floor up a little and prop up the inner and rear end to get my hands underneath it. I used some SS oval Philips head screws with the (I don't know the correct name) SS marine cup washers that the screw heads recess into and pushed them in and up through the bottom of the HDPE decking. That way they sit more flush between the fiberglass and the bottom of the HDPE floor than placing the nuts on the bottom of the decking. I used nylocs on top in the channel and used a short Philips head screw driver to tighten it all up.

Got it. No big deal. However, I'm not sure I'll be able to find that exact profile C channel. Might be a touch wider so may not be required.
