New to me VTX, blown away by what she can do!

New Malibu owner and new to the crew! Thanks for the ad. I’m blown away by what this boat can do. We moved up from an old mb direct drive and after my first slalom set at 22’ off on the vtx I don’t miss the direct drive at all. The laws of physics should make it impossible what we can do in the boat. Also surfed ropeless with my 7 year old daughter riding tandom on our LF fish surf board. Unbelievable a wave with this much push and a wake so small and soft at speed.

Looking for a local Upholstry shop to add surf pockets to the Bimini on our illusion x tower. Anybody done this successfully?

Never say "It's just a 2007".  I've been rocking my 2007 VTX since 2007 and I still love that boat.  It can do anything I want it to.

Yes, you can easily do this. My local shop has done it for a bunch of people. Showing any shop some pics of what you want and providing dimensions should get you what you want pretty easy. Congrats on the new boat
