99 ReEsponese not starting

Dragged the boat out today and it turns over but no start. Can hear the fuel pump,checked  kill switch it is working properly, Not getting spark and the injectors aren't firing. new coil, new module on the distributor. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think I would start by pulling the Cannon plug on the side of the engine, cleaning it, gently spreading the male pins, ans reassembling it with a small amount of grease on the contacts. 

Next, I would examine and test the key switch.  I don't remember offhand if these switches have one or two "M" (for magneto) wires, but you can disconnect them and try to start the engine.  If it starts, it's the switch.  Just hook the wires back up to kill the engine (carefully... you may experience a mild shock).

I assume that the engine ran fine before you stored it?
