There is also a fuse, I would check the fuse and hit the fuse holder with a multi-meter.

I'll ask it again...do you get no fuel pump at keyup at all, or do you get 3 seconds of fuel pump at key up and then no pump at all after that?  If you get fuel at keyup but no fuel to let it run the oil pressure switch may be the problem, as the ECM will not send power to the pump until it sees you have oil pressure.

dont see any additional fuses feeding the fuel pump

It’s there somewhere. It may be in a pigtail that has a cover on it, which is not obvious as a fuse holder.

Fuses are under the ECM cover.  Oil pressure switch has nothing to do with it.

found the problem and boat is in the water , there was a blown fuse and its located in a fuse holder with 2 additional fuses . its located to the right of the ecm cover behind the starter . it doesnt look like a traditional fuse holder . in the end the fuel pump was shot along with the fuel pump relay , thanks for the help
