Master lock hitch lock

ANyone have a good way to remove a master hitch pin that is completely frozen?  Already gave it plenty of heat and PB and then bent up a key trying to pound it in.  Looks like a miserable place to get a grinder in without removing the bumper.

Used a reciprocating saw with a thin blade on mine once. Still not easy. Slow and steady wins the race. Lol
