Won't stay running

Quick question I have a 2002 Malibu Sun Setter we just put it in the water 2 days ago it ran fine for a few hours then it started stalling did it twice then ran fine. Later that day we took it out again and it kept stalling did then it would run fine pulled a few people around the lake then it started stalling again. Took it out the next day tried filling with clean fuel and ran some seafoam and the problem go worse would run for about 3 mins and stall out no matter if I was in idle, or under load, it would stall out and didn't get any better. From what I have been reading I'm thinking about changing all the filters and plugs to see if that fixes the problem but wanted to see if anyone has run into this problem and had an idea what I should do. Try fuel filter first.  Really easy to replace if it's the inline one which I think 2002 had.

Agree with the above and I would do a tune-up if you haven't recently.
