If it isn't threaded, then it is bound up.  I'd try to use a floor jack lightly to lift up on the very front of the tongue.  See if you can try to take some of the weight off of the bolt.

Or hook the trailer to the truck and use the floor jack to press the pin out with a short drift or bolt

I have that same style swing away trailer. Probably pinched up. Move the other end of the tongue to try to relieve it - not just back and forth but also up and down. When mine was new that happened a couple times and we even had to lower onto the truck bumper to free it.

Has anyone ever heard of an induction tool? I am hoping my construction buddies get the itch mid winter to buy tools and get one so I can get this out the easy way!

Good luck. Mine is all broke in now - after 15 seasons. The trailer sits alot cuz I keep the boat in a marina. But we only live a couple miles away so bring it home every once in a while for maintenance.
