2018 T22 - Vanishiing Diamond Hull Option ?

I was excited to see a multi-sport / diamond hull option with footage of a skier behind the 2018 T22 in the overview video that Axis released back in late August as we still enjoy an occasional ski.   I'm going to be stopping by my dealer over the next few weeks and noticed Axis has updated the video and removed the skiing and diamond hull reference.   Anybody have any info on the diamond hull option for the 2018 T22 or the wake on the 2018 T22 around 32 mph ?

There is no diamond option on any Axis model that I've ever seen.  If it was new for 18, I've not heard that, either.  IF you want a "skiable" Vdrive, check out the new VLX.

I spoke with my dealer and it sounds like Axis is saying the new hull produces a decent ski wake and the 2018 catalog references it with "A deeper hull and streamlined profile deliver crossover versatility for wakesurfing, wakeboarding or skiing".  I demo'd one a few weeks ago and the ski wake at 32 mph was better than I expected for a 4,200 lb boat and the surf wave was impressive. (better than my friends 2015 a22)
