99 Sunsetter VLX Help Please

I have just replaced my motor with a new long block. There is a vacuum line I can't find where it terminates. IT is a 350 multi port injection. THere are 2 vacuum hoses on intake. The lower one has a pipe about 18" long that connects to something but I can't find anything to hook up to. IT is long enough to go to ransmission or fuel pump. CAn anyone help?

I know of one vacume hose that connects the manifold to the fuel pressure regulator. There should also be a larger diameter hose that connects manifold to the crank case breather. You may have one on each valve cover, one connects to the manifold, the other breather connects to the flame arrestor.

Is it an indmar or mercruiser? I can't think of anything that works off vacuum. If you shoot us pics it may help. Maybe it goes to throttle body? As many 350s as I've had I don't think I've had to mess with the vacuum lines.
