Following the manual I believe I have hit everything.

Drained the transmission cooler by pulling the hose headed towards the engine.

Drained both sides of the engine block by pulling the knock sensor.

Drained the oil cooler by pulling the lower hose.

Drained the reserc pump by pulling the J hose.

fogged each cylinder.

I don’t have a shower, so no heater. I also don’t plan to fill with antifreeze.

2 questions. Did I miss anything, and do you leave it all open, or button everything back up.

I have the single hot air heater. Is that what you’re talking about?

yes.  So if you have a heater then you need to disconnect the heater hoses from the engine and blow out the water.  I'd recommend filling the heater with antifreeze so that the core lasts longer

I appreciate it. Not sure what I am looking for, but I will do som research. Do you suggest leaving everything open, or button everything back up?

button it back up.  What you are looking for are  two 5/8" hoses.  One is behind the thermostat housing just  left looking at pulleys, the other attaches to the circulation pump near the j hose.  Blow through the top one once you have disconnected both.  Then once you only get only air, blow though bottom to make sure it wasn't hooked up backwards

The hose behind the thermostat housing, is it just connected to the engine?

yes.  This is where they are in relation to pulleys.  Only pic I could find

Did you drain the exhaust jackets?  I undo the hose rather than pull the manifold plugs. I always put it all back together. No corrosion of the threads that way.
