G3 Tower Parts

So i bought a ski rack for my VTX with the G3 tower on eBay and the seller did not inform me it did not come with the hardware to attach to the tower (Rectangular Plate).  Anyone know where i can find on line or buy from a marina?  Am i over complicating my dilemma?  I hope!!  Please help.

mounted my titan swivel racks by ordering a aluminum bar online. cut polished drilled and mounted with stainless bolts myself. cost about $30

The part he needs cost me $20 at the dealer four years ago

Mine was an oddball match so I had to manufacture it. I would have paid $30 or even $40 if it was available.
