anyone have black upholstery on their boat?

I have the black and accent colors in the same places. They match the accent colors on the outside of the boat. The wife and I think it looks nice and ties the outside and inside together.

No complaints from anybody saying the black panel is too hot.

I looked through all of our photos and couldn't really find many that show the interior; tuns out we like to take pictures of people skiing, boarding, surfing, tubing or knee boarding :)

I have it in the same location.  Looks really good, and doesn’t get too hot.  The only issues I have found, is that we sometimes get sunblock on the panel due to it rubbing off from the back of our legs.

I had black on that panel on my 14' and never noticed any heat issues. All vinyl gets hot when in direct sun >95' imho.

Same on the 17' vinyl and the graphite is no hotter than any of the other panels.

This was a yuuugeee concern of my wife's, because the ladies swimwear tends to have less coverage on the backside. Let's just say I proved that it wasn't a problem....

Perfect timing for this post!!  I'm in the middle of this decision as well and I think I've finalized my colors and locations, just waiting on actual samples to ship from my vinyl guy.  I know it's a rough sketch this is what I'm thinking.
