Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Today I was out on my 2016 t23 and all of a sudden felt a shudder.  I stopped cause I figured I had brushed a stick or caught a rope etc.  after inspecting I see nothing out of place or wrong under the boat.  Prop and shaft look to be fine but any time I go over 5 mph I can hear a slight squeal and awful vibration.  The faster I go the worse it gets.  There is one small nick in the prop about 1/4 in MAX, I doubt that would cause all this ruckus?

Literally the nick is so small I can't imagine it causing any vibration and the vibration shutters so bad you can't go above 10mph.  I have no clue what it could be

Probably more then a nick. One of the cups probably has a bend in it that is hard to see. 9 times out of 10 vibration is a prop issue unless you lost some of the coupler bolts

Another option is that whatever caused the nick also bent something. I agree with oldjeep, the easiest way to test is to get a spare prop. It's also one of the best investments for the future.

Upon further inspection I found that 2 blades were slightly warped so I must have spun through a decent size stick.  Dropped the prop off this morning to be repaired and should be back on the water next weekend.

Get yourself a spare.  It will save the rest of your weekend.

Mine has saved more than one for my family.
