I've got these old titan swivel tacks and they have a few issues I'm trying to address. 1) they don't swivel real well, not that big a deal but since I'm messing with them I figured I could try to fix it. 2) one of the racks is not straight when it's got the pin in. Meaning it looks like its swiveled to the stern a few inches making it basically unusable. I've got that one taken apart and honestly I'm not sure I can get the mount the rest of the way disassembled without tearing it up. pics to follow shortly.
