Anyone heard of this stuff? It looks interesting but can't find any information anywhere. Is it a new or am I just behind? https://instagram.com/p/BS4ivP4jiwm/

I remember at the boat show there was a custom one done in a fabric seat cover bit I didn't think it was an actual mastercraft thing.

MC's been using it for just a couple of years and it works as far as temperature, it's totally different than solid vinyl. I would certainly consider using it if I were to re-do my interior.

Have heard it's more difficult to clean though.

It definitely would stay a lot cooler. Just think of it as leather vs cloth seats in your car on a hot summer day.

There must be a reason why mastercraft is the only one using it, any real world reviews?

It's a Spradling product, which is the same brand that Malibu uses... Just depends on which pattern.

NOW. Some patterns are exculsive to certain manufacturers and thus, not found on the website. But, if you look at Simtex and Trexx, you'll recognize them. Axis also uses a lot of Carbon Fiber

edit: it's actually also possible that MC is using a different supplier now. http://www.syntecind.com/marine/marine-vinyl
