You are purchasing a aftermarket warranty. It's not a warranty from Honda and trust me you are paying for it. It's built into the price somewhere. Note the fine print also.

Is the Nationwide Warranty transferable if I sell the vehicle?

No. The Nationwide Warranty stays with the owner as long as they own the vehicle.

Oh sorry, I thought you asked what car can be purchased with a lifetime warranty....

You think the price of the original warranty is not factored in the price of the boat or car? Find a warranty that doesn't come with miles of fine print to note.

Which also makes no sense to me I would add. So if you sell the vehicle after only having the Nationwide Warranty for a few months, does the warranty also transfer? The answer is also no I suspect. They pocket the cash and the next owner is screwed. Bloody underhanded money grab is what aftermarket warranty's are! ?

I have to disagree.  Almost every product that has a "lifetime" warranty is only warrantied for the original purchaser.  The fact that Malibu's hull warranty can be transferred to even the second owner is very generous.  Do you really expect Malibu to be warrantying hulls that have had 10 owners and are 50 years old?  There has to be a limit at some point.

I think it's misleading to say there is a lifetime warranty if it ends for any reason at all. Lifetime implies the lifetime of the boat. It's an extremely strong statement.
