LSV23 storage

Recommended Posts

Tige02

We are considering upgrading to a LSV23 from an old Tige'. I am wondering what the storage is lije on the boat? Is there room to store skis? The onky storage I can find online is the cooler storage and the rope storage. We also keep our deflated tubes and life jackets. I appreciate any feed back. Thanks.

We keep skis under the seats on the port side.  Plenty of room for the combos and my wife's slalom.  In the back, we have two 400 pound bags with the plug and play, but there is still enough room to have 12 or 14 jackets, plus some other things.

I can't help with the tubes.  My nieces/nephews are the only ones who were interested in them, and I told them that pulling tubes voids the warranty of the boat.  For the last two years, they haven't missed the tubes as they have been happy surfing.

Tubes are pretty big even when deflated - they could go on top of the rear PNP bags and pulled out when bags are filled, or under front cushions, but you likely will have or want a bow tank, or under the port seats, which would displace some room for jackets and stuff.  We basically retired the tube and carry the ZUP board now on the surf Bimini for the kids.

We have a three person tube that when deflated we stow on top of the deflated PNP bags.  We are a also able to stow several life jackets in there as well.  When we surf we just take the tube out and throw it in the bow or on the floor.  We have a VLX and have plenty of storage for everything we need without over stuffing the compartments.

ctvandy23,

I so appreciate your feedback. I might have to change  my name from Tige02 to Malibu. Sounds like we are switching rides.  Thank you for responding. Happy boating.

We have 5 children and we have enough storage for all the stuff needed plus some. I also store a 450 and 1000 bag and manual pump.
