New gauges in 1996 vlx questions?

Will these fit and function?  I'm imagining connectors will need changing, but is that it?   My gauges are all cracked and hazy.  My rpm gauge gets stuck and won't zero out intermittently.   I'm going to remove pitots.  I want to put this led token light over the hole where one pitot is.   https://www.boatpluglight.com/collections/transom-mounted-led-lights/products/the-toke

I want to run a depth transducer with water temp on other side, in place of pitot.  Then I can run the wires thru the same pitot tube transom holes. Just have to find a bigger sized sounder/temp gauge to fill the other speedo hole or a clock or something.
