TOUCHSCREEN FREEZING UP

We took delivery of a new 2016 23LSV last season and have been having an issue with the touchscreens since day one.  Specifically, when a phone (iphone6s and Samsung galaxy s6 edge) is hooked up via Bluetooth and we receive a text message everything on the dash locks up.  The only way to get it to work is to shut everything down and restart.  The dealer performed a computer update but that didn't help.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the fix?

Has your dealer checked the build date on the screen?

 

There is a service bulletin out that covers replacing some built within a certain time frame.
