247 LSV vs 25 LSV trailer, will it fit?

Recommended Posts

I have a 2011 247 LSV and just bought a 2016 25 LSV.  I want to keep the trailer I have that was custom made for my 247, the bunks don't adjust.  Any body have any idea on how close the bottoms are of the two boats?  Will new boat fit on my current trailer?  Thanks for any info anyone might have.  Trent

Not 100% sure if it would fit, but if you do a lot of trailering, I believe you risk voiding the hull warranty by using another trailer.  I could be wrong, but something to consider if true

I believe the boats are different widths. Your going to have to either adjust the bunks (drill new holes for the bolts), or run double thick bunks to get it to work.

One other MAJOR consideration.  The 25LSV is 1500 pounds heavier than your 2011, are your axles, brakes, etc  ready for a boat that weighs a whole lot more?

102" and 102" . Same width. I would almost bet the 25 would fit on the older trailer, might just be a hair long. Do your math on the distance from the prop guard to the prop first.
