Manufacturer's sticker

Dear Crew,

I had to demonstrate my Malibu to the authorities to get the boat licence for the next three years. They were looking very long for the manufacturer's sticker with the CE licence on it (CE is necessary in Europe to get a vehicle licence). As they haven't found this sticker, I have to organise it now. 

Does anyone has an idea where this sticker should be on the boat? I really checked every spot I could imagine, but maybe it is one a very special place? If i really cannot find the sticker, is it possible to get this sticker somewhere? I will print it on a sticker, an put it on the boat, problem solved :-)

I don't think boats made in USA require or even have CE licence compliance plate.

You may need to go thru a company such as this to get certified.

Thanks for your answer. 

The boat is already certified, thats a normal process made during the import to Europe. The regulations here in Switzerland just want to see a place/sticker on the boat with the information about "how many people can be on the boat" etc...all information is already in the documents, but they want to have the sticker :-)

There should be a plaque by the drivers feet stating that information.

Thanks for your answers! I will check the drivers seat (feet) again, and if I still can't find it, I will let it print!
