Temp trailer tire?

So my boat typically spends 3-4 years on a lift and then get pulled out on a trailer when the lake gets dropped. I went to pull my boat out yesterday only to find that one of the tires on the trailer unpeeled itself on one side. Really odd because other than the spot where the tread peeled back, the tire looks really good.

Anyway, I have to pull my boat out tomorrow and a friend has a spare that fits but it's not a trailer tire and it's only rated for 1653 pounds (98T tire). I'm not certain but I figure a 2000 Malibu Response LX weighs roughly 3000lbs and if that's true, the tire will be overloaded but I only have to tow the boat 2 miles on 35mph roads. Is that too sketchy or do you think it will be ok as long as I'm careful and don't hit any potholes or drive fast? I would obviously change it if I trailer the boat anywhere else.
