Do you remember if you removes the carpeted plastics along the sides. I feel a screw back in there to remove it,  but I can't get it loose.  Dropped a screw driver into the abyss already.

On my 2002 LSV the carpeted plastic on the side has 2 stainless screws near the bases about 4 inches in from each end.  As for the cushion, there were 2 bolts with 3/4" washers on the backside where the holes are in the pics above.  Yes, you have to be a bit flexible to get back there. :(

I have an '00 Lxi and there were two bolts waay behind and difficult to get to behind the cushions. Definitely a pain and don't drop with wrench or it'll be a pain to get it back.
