Electrical Issue - Need help getting pointed in the right direction

Went to take my boat (08 VLX) out today and it wouldn't start.  All the gauges came on, heard the fuel pump run, but it wouldn't even try to turn over.  I tried both batteries, which are only about 4 months old.  The batteries read 12.4 and 12.5 volts on the dash gauge.  Checked the kill switch and it was OK.  I had the boat out several times last week and no issues.

Any ideas where to start?

Went down to the boat before bed last night and it started.  I have absolutely no idea what the issue was.   Thanks for the link tvano.  I'm sure it will come in handy later.

Hopefully it decides to start today so I can pull it out and winterize it.
