It seems like the December 1 date is obscurely placed, but it is definitely there.  

WSA is saying it’s 12/15 too.

Rumor is that WSA created the flyer with the bar graphs above, and were mistaken.  I would be concerned that corporate says clearly December 1st.  They might give some people a pass based on this confusion, but I would not count on it.  

The take home message is that anyone reading this and thinking about waltzing into the dealer on December 14th should call them right away.  The dealer local to me is sticking with December 1st.
