Sea Deck / Gator Step Question

Does anyone have pictures of sea deck or gator step flooring in their boat next to the grey carpeted seat bases/side panels?

Thinking of taking on a pretty big project this winter and was wondering what it looks like up next to the carpet before I decide one way or another.

@thtrog Thank you! Do you have any other pictures close to the kick panel or the bow step? In the side panels of the response I don't think we will have more of a seam like those areas rather then the rounded joints of yours!

The grey sea deck seems to match the carpet color quite well though?

When you start this project keep me / us posted, with all the details with pics, kinda been on my mined to. Oh the work though! Realy like the look of the Sea Deck!

The SD is lighter, but pretty close depending on lighting.

@ahopkinsTXi please do it and take notes and pics!!  This is on my list-to-do next winter.  One thing that concerns me is the floor panel/section over the fuel tank.  My panel is that honeycomb aluminum stuff and obviously the surrounding floor is fiberglass, I'm concerned with how I can make the edges rounded and look like a factory install.  Do you have a section like on your boat and if so what's your plan for that?

I do have that section and I'm not 100% sure yet. There are a few open issues I need to solve first. I am 99% sure the floor under the carpet is not finished fiber glass.

I'm going to try to get the boat templated next week, and hopefully that will clear up a few issues.

Also, long story, but there is a very good chance I won't have the ability to take pictures of this.
