I've had them on for a couple of weeks now, and even with my biggest boards, they don't block my view at all. I have them mounted to the bottom spots on the G3.5 tower. The upper spot actually doesn't work very well if you have tower speakers, as they would interfere if you needed to swing them all the way inside. I'll post some pics if I remember to take them next time I'm out.
