I was going to say if used get everything promised before you hook it to your vehicle! I think they will come around but it takes time!

Be sure to get everything promised in writing. 

There was a lot of puffing to sell a used boat to me. 

Then pack your lunch. It took me a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time to get boat repairs as promised. 

The repairs were done very sub par.

Finally had to give up and get boat out of there and go elsewhere.

My buddy bought a used boat from them a couple of years ago.  It took over two months to get a title from them so he could register the thing.  It kind of left a bad taste in his mouth.   The whole situation was kind of weird but eventually they got it done.  I know they used to be one of the best but I haven't heard a lot recently.
