The sunsetter vlx or lsv fit the bill for me. The 2001 had the sv23 diamond ski hull as opposed to a wake hull. Its a more pronounced turn down on the rear chines. I like the storage for sure but i dont have any ballast tanks or bags. You can see the wake turn down and shape itself at about 24mph but its not flat. 28 and above is better for slalom skiing. The sunsetter vlx/lsv is like the MC maristar or x1 i believe.
