Won't start

2003 Malibu sunsetter refuses to start following replacement of steering cable and an examination of throttle assembly. Motor will crank but not fire. Wondering if I have done something to kill switch connection. Any help appreciated.

First thing to check would be the 2 wires on the kill switch. Make sure they are plugged in and if they are then jump them together as a test.

that was it. Could only see one wire to kill switch as second had been disconnected and was not visible till I searched for it. Many thanks.
