Head unit draining battery

When I turn my boat off via ignition button everything turns off except stereo head unit at the back seats. Have to turn batteries off or they get drained - no way to turn off this head unit. Thoughts?

I would check for voltage on the black box's red IGN turn on lead. Looks as if its wired to a constant B+, not switched.

It should be wired the same as the head unit but it may have been added later.  Clearly on an always hot connection.  I'd trace the wires and move the hot to the 'key' side so that it goes off with everything else.  

Are you on the public or private side of LKA?  Were you part of the foil group last Friday?
