Winter Storage in SE MI

My indoor winter storage place just doubled their price. Were is everyone storing their boats in SEPTEMBER MI and what's the going rate?

I store mine at Bordine's nursery in Clarkston, but I don't know how early they start accepting boats as I always push it into late October.  The only negative is that you have to have the boat out by the last weekend in March, otherwise it's a great concrete floor storage area inside a greenhouse.  There is a large concrete pad that you can park your boat on in April if you're not ready to take it home yet.

I sometimes wonder if it's really necessary to winterize because it seems that it's always warm in there (they don't heat it) but I always do to be safe.
