Sirius signal lost.

Tuner says check Sirius tuner. Had Sirius send a refresh signal but still the same. They said to try to reset the Sirius tuner. Anyone know the procedure for resetting the Sirius tuner with the Rockford black box. 2012 VLX?

Sirius tuner has to be on when the signal is sent so you have to leave it on for an hour (max) after you request the reset signal.

A couple times I have had a refresh signal sent to no avail. I have had to unplug my Sirius box from the radio and plug it back in to get the signal to come back in my truck before. Worth a shot.

I pulled the power to the Sirius box and plugged it back in. Still no good.
