1995 Response Trailer Bunk Placement Help

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys. Bought a 95 response this weekend. Drove 6 hours each way to get it. Boat was on a lift in all photos I saw prior to water test in person. Trailer turned out to be a 1995 Ramlin Trailer from a Correct Craft. This is one of the Y trailers with the bunks on the frame only. There area a few questions that I have.

Does anyone have a trailer that was built for a 95 response/echelon that they can post up for reference please?

Does anyone have a malibu trailer that they would like to sell that will fit my boat?

What is the recommended SF of bunk needed to properly support and trailer a 95 response?

Can anyone help provide dimensions and location for the bunks?

THANK YOU!!

Trailer looks like this

Do you have a photo or two of your boat on this trailer?

I'm in south east Wisconsin. Maybe shoot me a PM with some photos and what you are thinking for price?  Thank you

Sorry new to this forum and not exactly sure on how to upload photos? The insert other media option says my account won't allow me to. I am assuming this is due to a low post count maybe?

put the photos in a free flicker or photobucket account and then paste the lmg link code into the forum post

I'm going to need another trailer, the Y comes in to tight at the front for this boat and the front of the chines sits on the bunk. No good.

I was under there I pushing around making sure everything was ok. The front bottom hull seems to flex a little bit. I didn't realize how thin they are laid up in front.
