Anyone used these racks?

I just bought the Reborn rack with the spinning attachment and quick release knob. I got the package yesterday. All the pieces look nice, and feel very solid. I have 2 gripes so far, but can't complain too much since it was on sale for $189.

Gripe 1: the glue to hold the rubber inserts in the forks is a little sloppy (residue on the metal), but won't be visible with a board in the rack

Gripe 2: the quick release knob is kinda worthless because there is a hex cap screw that also holds the plate on the mounting clamp. Looks to me like I still need an Allen wrench to take the rack off the clamp. The rack didn't come with paper instructions, and the instructions online don't show the spinning attachment... seems to me if I don't install the hex cap screw, a good jolt would allow the rack to tilt.

Ok, so after re reading the instructions (which probably aren't written by someone with English as a first language) and doing a closer inspection of the rack, I have to take back my #2 gripe. The tip of the quick release knob has a hex key cut into the end of it. This allows you to use the knob itself to remove the hex cap screw and remove the rack from the mount in under 30 seconds! Pretty sweet!
