Does this look right?

Not a Malibu boat, but I enjoy the expertise over here more.

First impeller replacement on the boat.  No issues with the boat to date.url]

Looks fine.  Those fins will align properly when you start the engine.

Ok.  In a former boat we always ensured the fins were always bent the same direction.  Those 2 threw me off in this pic.  The former boat had a larger impeller in the horrendous plastic housing.

So I assume I don't need to worry about which way to twist it back in?  The direction of the veins suggest the engine could turn either way.  I don't want to get this wrong.

Turn the engine over with the impeller cover off and you can confirm they will align.

I never pay attention, the design of the pump makes it super easy to make the change.

Reversible ballast pumps run both ways, the fins just bend the direction they need to.  You have no issue at all.
