surf/wakeboard ballast set up for 2014 Response TXI

I have a 2014 Response TXI with wedge.  I am wondering the best ballast set up for both surfing and wakeboard.  I currently have a 600 lb bag I can put in the bow, but sot sure what I need to get for the back or ski locker to give me the options to either surf or wakeboard. I'd appreciate any input.

I am somewhat new to the ballast and surfing game but to 'properly' surf in a DD Malibu you'll need at least 1000lbs in ballast plus wedge plus people weight to one side of the boat unless you have some form of surfgate or wakeshaper. We have an iRide which is a little bigger than a response and with the center MLS (500 pounds) full, wedge down and 5 adults in the boat the wake is surf-able but ideally would be bigger and better shaped. We're in the process of installing 750lbs of ballast in the rear ski locker, 250lbs under the bow filler cushion in front and a Delta Wakeshaper. Once finished we'll have a decent surfwake. It will never rival that of a v drive with similar ballast weight but it will keep us happy......for a few months.
