HO Nitro VS Monza

Took a nitro out for a demo this morning and I did not like it at all. The ski "just didn't feel right". Has anybody skied the Nitro and the Monza and is there a huge diffrence between them. I ski 28 off at 34mph on an old VTX and I am wondering if it worth testing the Monza as well. I am also waiting for a Goode 9700 to come and demo as well.

Are you running the course at that length and speed? The Nitro is a capable ski, but it's more for the recreational skier who wants to start getting more aggressive. It sounds to me like you'd benefit more from the Monza. Be careful though, the thing is a rocket. It'll make your old VTX feel like you have the parking brake stuck on. It's been a good ski for me at preventing OTF falls like I used to have on my CDX, but if it does ever happen, it's going to hurt like hell cause I'm going a lot faster by the time I get to the wake on the Monza than I ever did on the CDX.
