will my amp push the rev 10's to best of their ability?

No where close. IIRC, it was a P400.2 that year? Thats a 100W rms x 2 @ 4 ohm. Id suggest either the Syn-DX4 or Syn-DX2.3hp.

I'm lost man lol, I checked last night I have 3 P400-4 amps, one for tower (where the rev 10's will go) one amp pushes my 12" sub, and another runs my cabin speakers, for now will I be able to run both rev10's off of one amp? And in future upgrade my amp?

Bridging the 4-chnl RF amplifier into one pair of Rev10s will be adequate until you're ready to upgrade to one of the amplifiers that MLA recommended. Then you'll discover the speaker's full potential.
